Nine producers.
Nine lots. 2.6 points apart.
The Honduras Legacy Auction is built for established farms that have already earned recognition and refuse to stop there. Reputation opens the door. Data shows what comes next. Every lot was scanned before listing, and all nine scores sit between 85.4 and 88.0.

Why should you watch this auction?
The scores are close. The data goes further.
Nine lots fall within 2.6 points. The scan shows how each one differs beneath the score.
Parainema and Geisha, side by side.
Four Parainema lots and three Geisha lots on one floor.
Every lot scanned before the bid.
Chemistry, taste potential and uniformity are on each lot page before the first bid.
Honduras Legacy brings together producers who have already built a name through years of quality, consistency, and craft. But legacy is not a finish line. These farms continue to experiment, refine, and push beyond what they are already known for.
EGGSTONE analyzes each lot through data and AI, from green bean chemistry to roasting potential, adding measurable evidence to the reputation these producers have earned over time. The auction gives established farms a new way to show not only what they have achieved, but how they continue to evolve.
Legacy is not what you rest on. It is what you keep building.
Who are the producers?
Nine producers bring nine lots from seven growing areas.

Where does this coffee come from?
The nine lots come from seven growing areas: Peña Blanca, Planes (Santa María, La Paz), Comayagua, Francisco Morazán, Lempira, San José (La Paz) and Santa Ana. The farms sit between 1,200 and 1,700 metres above sea level.
Long-established processing methods alongside new experiments, refined fermentation protocols, or processing changes introduced this season.
What changed this season despite the farm’s established reputation: new varieties, climate shifts, processing refinements, renewed lots, or quality gains.

What does the data show?
The cupping scores sit within 2.6 points. Beneath them, acidity potential runs from 6.5 (LG-06) to 8.2 (LG-01) on the engine's 0–10 scale.
Taste potential is predicted from green-coffee chemistry, each axis on a 0–10 scale. TUS is bean-to-bean consistency across the 96 readings (3 scans × 32): higher means more uniform.
uncrack estimates are previews until the pricing model is trained.
