We use data and AI to bring that potential into view, from green bean chemistry to precision roasting, giving every lot measurable evidence behind its value. More than a one-time auction, Honduras Next Generation is designed to grow with its producers. Now in its second season, the auction is building a record of each producer’s progress, making that growth visible through data over time.
